Today’s Newport Mansions Wine Fest was wonderful. The weather couldn’t have been better , lots of interesting people and great chef’s. Old Yankee Cutting Boards were used on the demonstration stages by all of the celebrity chefs.  Chef Joanne Chang of Boston’s Flour Bakeries http://flourbakery.com/ and owner of  Myers and Chang restaurant http://www.myersandchang.com/ graced the stage with a delicious noodle dish.
