For those of us who cannot celebrate on Thursday with the Irish themselves, I was going to post a recipe for my Irish Soda Bread. However, I came across a recipe on one of my favorite websites Friends,Food and Family that is better than the one that I have made for years. It is called The Best Irish Soda Bread and I believe that it just may be. It is so moist and delicious and I am truly converted. Try a batch even if it isn’t St Patrick’s Day.
